	2  Set-Power to Motors
		The default setting is selecting full power while power on and press 
		Dog, Left and middle key in sequence, 
		will select the half power for hand moving and tracing
	3  Place chip in Write mode:
		(a) Dog, (b) Left arrow, (c) Left needle.  Hold for two seconds
	4  Teck function
		Press Dog then Left Needle, this will move motor to setting points
		Keep pressing dog / left needle to go to each setting.
		0 = Upper Stop
		172 = Bottom Dead
		195 = Hook timing
		280 = Trim Trimming
		
		Pressing center button will bring you to head up.
		100 = head up
